About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Just the Pets app and website. By using them you agree to the terms. Operator: TODO: legal name, address and governing law.
What the app is
Just the Pets is a log for recording pet care: feeding, medications, weight, records and reminders. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not veterinary advice and does not replace a veterinarian. Always follow your vet's instructions, and contact a vet in an emergency.
Reminders and accuracy
Reminders depend on your device settings, battery rules and connectivity, so they may be late or missed. You are responsible for checking that doses and meals were actually given. The app records what you tell it.
Plans
Free is for one person with one active pet and no sync. Plus adds household sharing, sync and the family dashboard. TODO: pricing, billing, renewal and refund terms, once the store listing existsMoving from Plus back to Free never deletes your data, and you can export it at any time.
Your data
You own what you record. You give us only the permission needed to store and relay it between the devices of your household when you use Plus. See the privacy policy.
Households
Everyone in a household has the same permissions and can see and add to its records. Only invite people you trust. You are responsible for what is recorded under your household.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other households' data, interfere with the service, or use it to break the law.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. The app keeps working offline. We may change or end features with reasonable notice.TODO: notice period
